Our team.

Micheal Snow is a bookkeeper and the managing member of Olybooks. He has worked with member-controlled and member-owned businesses for almost 10 years. He has worked as a bookkeeper and financial manager for the last four years, has been a part of forming and managing two employee-owned cooperative corporations, and has also served on the Board of the Olympia Food Cooperative since 2014. While earning his Bachelor’s Degree from The Evergreen State College, he found his interest in accounting and financial operations. After college, he started work at a local breakfast restaurant which he, along with others, purchased and turned into the New Moon Cooperative Café, an employee-owned business. After 2 years working at the New Moon Cooperative Café and creating its accounting systems and financial structure, he moved on to start an employee-owned Construction Company, the Northwest Construction Cooperative, where he is presently the Financial Coordinator.
